Service Description

Intention; slow down into Summer. So with that in mind this bright and early yoga class (yes 7am) every Monday and Friday will mindfully ease you into your day. Once you arrive into this warm, cosy space, and onto the sanctuary of your mat, I will invite you to check in and connect with your breath. We will then gently wake up the body and move into a nourishing flow class; movement that flows along with your breath. Vitally moving mindfully, with intention and curiosity, all in tune with your body throughout the class. Creating a little more space to nourish in both body and mind.. Ahh the best way to start the day/week. And begin your weekend. So take time for you in the morning and begin a Monday morning yoga ritual .. it will be magical ✨ Mats, blocks and bolsters are provided. Though you are welcome to bring your own. Street parking is available and is free within the times of class.
