Welcome to a little bit of a personal section. This is a place to share things I have written. Related to Yoga, wellness, or any raw and open pieces. For it will also be a place to talk about Mental Health - know you are never alone.
I feel so strongly that your mental well-being is crucial to take care of. It determines how you think, act, feel and engage (or not) with the world around you, and to yourself. Writing, journalling, Yoga, movement, and mindful practices may not ‘fix’ you, though I believe they are in-valuable tools to have. And giving yourself time to breathe, and taking care of your well-being is a message I will always convey.
