Hello to YOU! Welcome in, my name is Siobhan and I am super happy that you found your way here. 

I'm a passionate yoga teacher with an aim to spread the abundance of benefits Yoga provides for your well-being. Be it through movement, stretching, breathing or meditation techniques. 

My hope is that through my classes you will find your own space of calm, whilst building both physical and mental strength. Not forgetting most importantly to have fun and feel good!

I offer group, corporate and private classes. All levels welcome. Please explore and message for any enquiries.

Join me in person for group classes as we move together. I offer a variety of classes from fun fast meditative flows, to slowed down calming yin. These suit all abilities - from beginner to advanced.

I offer private classes which can be taken at a convenient time for you. Private sessions are a great way to work on specific goals or aims, this could even be moving through some basics if you're starting up Yoga. For these are personal and tailored to you.

Yoga can be beneficial for any profession, both for physical and mental well-being. These classes are wonderful for relieving the strains on your body from sitting in your office chair, or from your chosen work from home seat. An office Yoga session will be specifically tailored to improve posture, and alleviate aches such as knotty necks. They will also include stress relieving breathing exercises, and meditation practices.
